Natural flow case studies for COP14

At Ramsar COP14 we hope to present a side-event promoting the the natural flow of rivers and water to the signatory governments and NGOs present. Ramsar Network Japan and the Korean Wetland Network are leading the side-event, supported by WWN.

We would like to present examples from beyond those two countries, showing the damage done by preventing the natural flow of water, or the benefits of removing physical barriers to the free flow of rivers. Please share your expereince!

Please download this template for case studies on natural flow. Fill in the case study with a few paragraphs of text, photographs, and a map to show the location. Then return it by email to Joint Asia Representative, KASHIWAGI Minoru before 26 August please.
